Blinky Bill Early Learning  is a not for profit, community managed, multipurpose education provider, delivering a diverse, inclusive and enriched educational curriculum for children aged 2-6 supporting Portland and surrounding communities. Blinky Bill Early learning has been providing outstanding early childhood education to children and families  for over 30 years.

The service is beautifully-equipped, with thoughtfully designed play spaces in a warm and natural setting where children thrive and flourish with  active hands on learning in our stimulating environments both indoors and outdoors. Our nature-playground provides the children with a beautiful natural environment where they are able to play, explore and discover.

In collaboration with one another our team of experienced, well-respected, knowledgeable, passionate and highly qualified educators develop and implement an inspiring play based curriculum  enhancing children’s learning and development .
